Real estate agent - Actous Immobilier at Villefagnon.  There are numerous real estate agencies in the area, but we bought our House in Verteuil through Joan at Actous which has its office in Villefagnan, close to Verteuil-sur-Charente.

A short clip on La Demeure des Roses, a small gift boutique and salon de thé on the banks of the Charente river in the middle of Verteuil.  Owned and operated by Benoit and Virginie Stefani, and just down the street from our house, it is a lovely place to make a daily stop.  Clip taken from Des racines et des ailes, a French television documentary series broadcast on the France 3 television network.  

A French web cast on the Moulin de Verteuil, the mill.  On the edge of the Charente river, it is still a working mill grinding flour.  The owners also run a restaurant and coffee shop attached to the mill.
